Dear Valued Clients and Friends,

I would like to announce to you all that OutdoorMind LLC will be sold to Terri Berbena-U'Ren (current employee) and Layne Evans (our server administrator). The sale will take place on December 1, 2007.

The skills and talents of these two and their familiarity with OutdoorMind and its clients are invaluable and I am honored to be able to pass the torch to them. We are all excited about this transition.

Terri has been with the company since 1998 and many of you know her for her excellent customer service and knowledge of Internet marketing. Layne has been the backbone of our technology since 1996 by serving as our server administrator. OutdoorMind has benefited greatly over the years by its association with these two individuals and their expereince and knowledge.

Michael currently has a full time job managing Monterey Bay Aviation and I will move on to manage OutdoorIndustryJobs.com and a 44 year old bicycle event called the Great Western Bicycle Rally. I will be working Terri with Layne during the transition phase for the next several months.

It has been a pleasure and an honor serving you all for the past 13 years. It has been an incredible experience founding and growing this business and meeting many exceptional and interesting people along the way. I have very much appreciated your support of our business and its services. I know that Terri and Layne will continue to do a terrific job in providing the services you need and hope that you continue your relationship with them. You will definitely be left in good hands.
