Day 2 March 9th
Meet in the morning at the Brother's Grill for an orientation and breakfast. Get ready and take a couple warm up runs and split into groups. Ski with your NASTC instructor, who will video tape your skiing to review it that afternoon. The group will meet for a video review and tech talk after skiing, then go to dinner, which is optional.

Day 3 March 10th
Meet in the morning to stretch with your NASTC trainer, then have a nutritious breakfast at the Brother's Grill. You will get ready to go and meet at the base of the slopes. You will be split into groups with a NASTC trainer. You will work on some basic techniques, such as balance and stance, and skiing in the powder. Your trainer will video tape you on a couple runs. At the end of the day, you will get to review your video and your trainer will go over it with you. The group will have a chance to clean up and meet for dinner.

Day 4 March 11th
You have the option to begin your day stretching with the NASTC trainer, which we highly recommend. Then after breakfast, you will get ready to ski. After a full day, the group will meet for an afternoon tech talk with the NASTC trainer, then go for a nice dinner.

Day 5 March 12th
Day off. You have the choice to ski this day on your own or take a little rest. You can enjoy the cafes, museums, or spas in the quaint little town or the mountain is right there for you to take some runs.

Day 6 March 13th
After stretching and breakfast, meet on the slopes to work on your ski technique on and off piste. Meet for an afternoon tech talk and then dinner.

Day 7 March 14th
Get a good stretch after skiing all week and eat a hearty breakfast. Explore some new terrain with your NASTC trainer and ski some different conditions. After a hard day of skiing and more video taping, meet to review the video with your trainer and then go out to dinner with the group for a farewell, raffle dinner (included).
