Cat-skiing & Powder Adventure, GRAND TARGHEE, WY

When you first catch sight of the Grand Tetons, your jaw can't help but fall open in wonder. NASTC brings you to the heart of this breathtaking mountain range. The Grand Tetons were in fact named Tee-win-At by the Shoshone Native Americans meaning "high pinnacles," when you arrive into Grand Targhee you will see why.

Grand Targhee is famous for its champagne-like powder and abundant snowfall, an average of 500 inches per year! Imagine a powder paradise set aside for you without the pressures of a "grab all the vertical you can get in the shortest time" attitude. This course is designed for students to learn untracked powder technique at their own pace. Targhee also allows the avid and already proficient powder skier time to perfect and improve their technique and get on-the-fly coaching amidst their favorite medium-"pow-pow!" This is NASTC's 11th year at Tarhgee. This course offers a unique opportunity to receive high caliber instruction while enjoying two full days of cat-skiing and two days of resort-based skiing. Enjoy a week amongst friends in the warmth and comfort of Grand Targhee Resort and ski your heart out in some of the best snow in the country.
