Release forms for your All-Outdoors Rafting Trip:

You must sign a liability release form to go rafting with us. We will have forms available for you to sign on the day of your trip when you check in at the Meet Place. The liability release form is also available here in PDF format if you would like to view it now, or print it and bring it with you.

A parent or legal guardian must sign a liability release form for their child (17 years or younger) to participate in an All-Outdoors California Whitewater Rafting trip. If the parent or guardian will not be present on the trip with their child, they must sign a liability release form and complete a parent permission form ahead of time. (Parent / guardian permission form must be accompanied by a completed and signed release of liability form)
